Step 2 Select Datum / Grid for Import points

 

On this tab you tell the wizard what datum the incoming points are in. The selection box resembles the same one as in the Preferences window, with one major difference. If you selected Lat/Long point type in Step 2, you will see only Lat/Long datums to choose from. If you selected UTM/State Plane points, the box will have only these datums to choose from.

 

Select the datum and click Next to continue
